  • Research on various legal issues pertaining to client.
  • General Understanding of Global Regulatory Schemes.
  • Ability to do regulatory mapping and create compliance checklists.

  • Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, articles, blogs, advertisements, and other communication materials.
  • Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.

Qualification & Skills required

  • MBA from a tier-1 or tier-2 business school
  • Experienced in selling SaaS offerings to Enterprise; RegTech, LexTech would be preferred

  • Installing, configuring, maintenance, updation and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Setting up Mail HRIS & other IT accounts for new users
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

  • Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team

Qualification & Skills required

  • Previous working experience as a PHP / Laravel developer
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or similar relevant field
  • In depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP and Laravel 5 PHP Framework
  • Deep experience with PHP, JavaScript, CSS and SQL
  • Experience with Laravel and a JavaScript framework such as Vue / React / Angular
