JYANT KOHLI

Jyant is a seasoned Business executive with over 20 years of experience working with global market leaders, mid size organisations and start-up handling various aspects of business including Product & Business Launches, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Partner Programs and Strategy.

Jyant realised the need of technology intervention in Legal Function along with robust regulatory intelligence very early and that learning has led to creating an Integrated Platform at Lawrbit. He is responsible for Product Innovation, Marketing, Partner Engagement Programs and open new markets for Lawrbit within India & globally.

Jyant has diversified experience in conceptualising and selling IT Products and Applications, HR Outsourcing Services, Education Industry. His strong vision and execution capabilities has helped organizations create a sustainable growth in new products lines and markets. Prior to Lawrbit, he has worked across with ADP, Adrenalin (Polaris), Thomson Prometric, Path Infotech.

DILPREET SINGH SIDHU

Dilpreet is the Founder and CEO of Mind Merchants Global, one of India’s longest standing Alternative Legal Services Firm since 2009. He is also a Co-Founder in MindLaw Training & Lawrbit and an elected IACCM Council member for India region for 2019.

He leads the Strategy for Lawrbit, Partner Engagement Models, Global Expansion, Setting up processes for creation & updation of Global Regulatory Intelligence.

Dilpreet is a visionary entrepreneur who sensed the need of technology innovation in Corporate Legal Processes since early days of tech innovations in developed countries around the world. With his base in India, he started developing low cost legal support capabilities for clients in the US and UK on the LPO model and introduces usage of technology for efficiency, accuracy and enhances collaboration between onsite and offshore legal teams.

Dilpreet has been an enabler for Global Leaders in CLM Technologies to penetrate India & APAC markets. He developed process consulting and legal content services arm for Mind Merchants in collaboration with one of the top 4 consulting firms globally. The inception and execution of Reverse Outsourcing model of working with Global Law Firms was brought in by him which forms the core of Lawrbit, Global Compliance Network.

Dilpreet did BSL, LL.B - ILS Law College, Pune. Prior to founding Mind Merchants, he was a practicing attorney in corporate, commercial, and intellectual property law.

SHALINI KOHLI

Shalini is an astute Human Resource professional with over 19 years of diversed global experience. She is highly experienced business leader with well-demonstrated track record and expertise in leading transformational projects within some of the industry leaders and have also been instrumental in helping many start ups to set up their HR and grow globally.

Shalini’s approach to change activates the sense of purpose and personal motivation to change which enables leaders, teams and businesses to surpass new challenges. Her particular interest and experience are in HR transformation, talent acquisition, succession planning and employee engagement.

Shalini has vast experience of handling & supporting domestic and global geographies during her stint with Bank of America, Thomson Prometric, Hill International, EFS Services, Ison Group, etc. She has directly led HR for India, Middle East (Dubai, Bahrain, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia), APAC (Singapore, Malaysia, Nepal, Bangladesh), Africa (South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania, Nigeria, 12 other countries) and supported HR functions for Hong Kong, Mauritius, USA (Baltimore, Charlotte).

Shalini holds MBA degree and has also attended Executive Program (HR & Org Development) from MDI Gurgaon. Been recognised by “World HR Congress” as “101 Top HR Minds in India for 2018”.

LOKENDER SHEKHAWAT

Lokender is a Co-Founder and Director Finance of Mind Merchants Global, one of India’s longest standing alternate Legal Services Firm since 2009. He is also a founding member of MindLaw Training, Nexus Law Firm & Lawrbit.

Skilled in Corporate Governance, International Arbitration, Legal Writing, Drafting & Licensing, Lokender leads the Finance function for Lawrbit and been responsible for handling global transactions with clients and Law Firm partners across 70+ countries in compliance with Global and local regulations.

Greeted as “Mr. Dependable” by the team, Lokender is a man of few words with higher degree of perseverance and professional strengthen. Its for him we are able to deliver projects across globe swiftly, within timelines and budgets.

Lokender holds a BBA, LL.B from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.

KULDEEP SINGH

Kuldeep heads Product Innovation for Lawrbit and leads a team of Software Developers.

He is a qualified Software Engineer from TMU and has been working on Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Solution domain for more than 7 years. He has interacted with Risk Officers, General Counsels, CFOs from over 100 leading companies in India and globally and has thorough understanding of their governance framework requirements. This understanding has helped him introduce many innovative ideas into our technology that eases many complex requirements in bringing controls to risk, compliance and legal matters.

He is a passionate tech geek and an agriculturist; loves reading about new technology and agriculture trends, try his hands on new games.

PRATIMA ARORA

Pratima holds an MBA with 20+ years of experience in Customer Relations, customer support, client life cycle management.

At Lawrbit, Pratima is responsible to design and implement training modules, processes, technologies, controls to enrich experience of our end client from implementation stage and throughout the engagement life cycle.

She is a tough task master, yet approachable and is always ready get down to the root level to ensure every end user issues are resolved and never reoccurs. Beyond handling her key responsibilities, she also contributes in sales, technology testing and operations.

Before joining Lawrbit, she worked with industry leaders like Muthoot Finance, Evok, HSIL (Hindware), FHIL, Eureka Forbes, etc.

MAYANK VASHIST

Mayank belongs to rare breed of Company Secretaries with MBA, Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting (CIMA,UK) with 9+ years of experience in Compliances, Corporate Governance and Contracts Management; 3+ years experience implementing compliance solutions for clients in Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Automobile, IT / ITES, E-Commerce & Power sector companies.

He specialises in Secretarial Compliances, Secretarial Audit, setting up compliances, Internal compliance audits, assessment of operating effectiveness of compliances and development of standard operating procedures and compliance reviews (regulatory and statutory).

Before joining Lawrbit, Mayank worked with V-Mart (Top 500 Companies based on Market cap in India) as Company Secretary and as an implementation partner for a RegTech company.
